Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer

Bill Fleischman

William O. Fleischman was born in Los Angeles, California and educated at the University of California at Berkeley. In 1970, he graduated from the School of Law at UCLA, having served as Note and Comment Editor for the UCLA Law Review. Mr. Fleischman was first associated with the law firm of Loeb and Loeb, and thereafter practiced with Manatt Phelps prior to launching his own law practice. While practicing law, Mr. Fleischman served as a commissioner for various state bar committees, including the Client Security Fund (CSF) of which he was chairman. CSF reimburses aggrieved clients for up to $50,000 for losses incurred at the hands of disreputable attorneys. Mr. Fleischman also served on the Judicial Nominees Evaluation Commission, which assists the governor in the appointment of judges to all levels of the State court system. From time to time, Mr. Fleischman lectures at seminars for the continuing education of lawyers, including CEB programs for real estate sales and finance.

In 1980, Mr. Fleischman formed W/F Investment Corp. with several partners and began phasing out his law practice. For more than 25 years, Mr. Fleischman has served as CEO of the company, overseeing its various acquisitions. Mr. Fleischman continues to be active in various educational, charitable and political endeavors. He and his wife, Elisabet, reside in the Holmby Hills area of Los Angeles with their two children, Alexander and Sara. His hobbies include skiing and the restoration of classic cars.

Chief Operating Officer

Chuck Avis

Mr. Avis began his career in financial services by completing a two year Executive Training Program with Wells Fargo National Bank in Beverly Hills Ca. During the following 20 years he served as President of 2 commercial and investment banks and one state chartered savings and loan association. Mr. Avis left banking in the late 90's to launch a $50 million tax advantaged offshore film fund in Georgetown, Grand Cayman with investment capital sourced from media and technology funds in Taipei Taiwan. Subsequent to the sale of his interest to additional investor groups, Mr. Avis launched a second film fund for low budget television cable premiere's and theatrical releases. Mr Avis enjoys the benefits of long term entrepreneurial relationships with portfolio clients of many years as well as institutional alliances with such firms as J. P. Morgan, PricewaterhouseCoopers, Loeb & Loeb, Houlihan-Lokey and many others.

Mr. Avis is a past President of the Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Beverly Hills Economic Development Council, Member of the Mayor's Council of Business Advisors, Executive Board member of the Amie Karen Children's Cancer Foundation and Treasurer of the Beverly Hills Rotary club.

Mr. Avis Attended UCLA where he received his B. A. in Economics and pursued his MBA at Loyola Marymount University. He is married with 2 children.

Chief Financial Officer

Rick Camoirano, CPA

Mr. Camoirano holds B.A. and MBA degrees from the University of California, Berkeley.  He began his career with Deloitte, Haskins and Sells (Deloitte and Touche) in the New York and Los Angeles offices.  Since 1984 he has served as Chief Financial Officer of W/F Investment Corp.   That role has included positions as CFO of (i) Century City Savings, formed by W/F and later sold to American Liberty Savings Bank, (ii) Morrison Automotive Group, a seven-franchise new car dealership in Glendale, California and (iii) Camera Platforms International, a publicly held company in the entertainment industry.  In addition, Mr. Camoirano also manages the company’s real estate investments.

Account Executive

Doug Hrdlicka

Mr. Hrdlicka received his BA from the University of Missouri and upon graduation entered the US Army as a Second Lt, served in Vietnam as an Army Aviator, commanded a 105 Self Propelled Howitzer Battery, and numerous administrative posts prior to his discharge. He then entered the College of William And Mary and was awarded an MBA. Upon graduation he joined the malt beverage industry and worked with Anheuser Busch, first with the corporation in field marketing and later transferred to the distribution side of the business, running the larges Anheuser Busch's distributorship in the US which represented fiver percent of AB's total sales. With experience gained during his tenure at Anheuser Busch he joined W/F Investment Corp and was involved in various acquisitions as the action officer. The malt beverage industry reached out and for ten years Mr. Hrdlicka was involved in the largest malt beverage turnarounds in the US, with Miller Brewing Company, Coors, and Corona.

Of Counsel

Doug B. Schwab

Mr. Schwab is a graduate of Williams College and Harvard Law School. He maintains a private practice of law in Los Angeles where he is engaged in general civil and administrative litigation, health care law, corporate and business transactions, securities and other matters. He has been of counsel to W/F Investment Corp. for over ten years.
